Diese Wanderung verläuft entgegen der traditionellen Jakobswegrichtung von Viana do Castelo nach Esposende. Der Startpunkt liegt am Berg Santa Luzia, mit weitem Blick über Stadt und Meer. Von dort führt der Weg hinab durch Viana, vorbei am Bahnhof und über die markante Brücke über den Rio Lima.

Demanding 16 km hike from Brilon-Wald station to Niedersfeld with around 540 meters of elevation gain. Changeable Sauerland weather from sun to hail, but fantastic views over the lush green May landscape and the Sauerland mountains. Especially the long ascents were demanding in terms of condition – exactly
