A good walk led by Tony and we were lucky not to have any rain! 👍 A welcome pint in The Wheel pub afterwards. 👍🍺

A walk from Collingham around the Lowfields Quarry and the RSPB Langton Lowfields Reserve.
A lovey walk led by Brigit. 11 of us. 35 species of birds identified either by sight or sound.

A Circuit of Whitbarrow Hill
A beautiful walk through. bluebell woods up to Lord’s Seat (251m). Dozens of butterflies seen. The summit was a limestone pavement with a STEEP descent through the woods to the valley below. Sadly the ‘Hikers. Rest’ in Beck Head was closed. 😞👎

A linear walk from Ambleside to Grasmere
A lovely high walk from A to G along the ‘high’ route with Don and Jill. Great to be walking with them again. Tea and scones in Grasmere then a No 555 back to Ambleside. A great walk. 👍👌😀☀️

A lovely Spring morning, plenty of sunshine, blue skies but a chilly SE wind.
