Tywi Valley Path
Out a bit earlier before it became too hot. Was a really nice breeze which gave me a head all the way to Ffairfach, but was nice to keep cool. Glorious morning...really enjoyed it and not too busy.

3 Castles loop
I like this little route. 3 nice Castles, the view of the coast as you drop down into Manorbier , and the views either side of you once you're up on the ridgeway 👌

Long course 20 mile route
Good ride out with my daughter. The only bit I didn't like much was the hill from Lamphey up onto The Ridgeway. The rest was pretty pleasant although traffic quite busy.

Llanddowror Loop
Good ride. Weather good for it too. Managed to keep going up a short but steep (for me!) little hill on the back road near Tavernspite. Haven't done it for a long time and the only 2 times I've been that way, I'd stop and walk it. Not today!

Tywi Path Ride
Well the weather turned out lovely, sunny and warm. First time on the fully opened path....the final section to be completed opened a few days ago. Lots of wildlife to be seen...egret, canadian geese, ducks, goldfinches...even a weasel! Its a great path.
