Excellent coastal walk from Woody Bay to Hunter’s Inn and back using 2 different routes. Hilly in places, great views, with toilets, pub and picnic areas at Hunter’s Inn.

Easy walk along the Tarka Trail, then along the beach for a snack and drink. Back by bus.

Seaton to Beer walk
Varied and interesting walk from Seaton along the shingle beach, coastal walk, Beer Harbour for lunch and back via country lanes. Lots to see, toilets at Seaton and Beer, lots of picnic seating areas and fantastic views.

Circular walk from Charmouth to Golden Cap and back
Lovely views going up to Golden Cap from Stonebarrow Lane and back by coastal path. Lots of up and downhills and wear good boots. Only toilets are in Charmouth, also parking and souvenir shop with amazing fossils.

Walk from Ilfracombe to Hele
Pleasant walk but typical English weather with rain meant we gotsoaked.

Small walk to Bude and back.
Too muddy on the footpaths so we walked by road to Bude, looked at the shops and wandered back. Nice views from the beach, albeit cloudy and windy.

Walk from Bude Holiday Park along Bude Beach and Canal
Nice walk to Bude along the coastal path, then along the Canal turning back at Whalesborough. Due to recent rains the paths were muddy but the roads were fine and the scenery stunning. Lots of ducks, geese, swans and pigeons along the way.

Walk to point 45 by road and back by steps
Easy 1.5 km walk uphill by road and downhill by steps. Watch for traffic on the road, the jungle trek back is peaceful but take care not to slip or stumble on the steps.

Walk to Methodist Centre Brinchang
Short walk from town as the traffic was jammed in Brinchang. Easy walk, not scenic due to car workshops on the way.
