At Nesselrath, a business like the Cranger Kirmes. Does everyone - including me 😌 - really have to go to the Wupper on Sunday when the weather is nice? Otherwise nuances for well-known routes: After Leichlingen and von Balken, not the most beautiful, but the shortest routes. Also works. This time down the Weltersbachtal on the left. Seems to me to be a bit more mobile than the right side. From Balkhausen to Witzhelden, the proportion of roads is too high for me. Clear autumn weather, good air and very beautiful valleys along the Wupper and Weltersbach. 🙂

Saturday afternoon round - nice cross passage from Leichlingen towards Hitdorf with hearty hunter schnitzel strengthening at the beach.

Don't feel like cycling today. So in midsummer temperatures once again put your feet in your hands 🙄 and did the little standard lap.

I enjoyed today's invitation to the tour with a stop in the Hitdorf beer garden. Got to know some nice short new sections of the route. Intense sun and otherwise a very friendly day.

Firsttimer - really been to Düsseldorf by bike for the first time. Quickly took a route suggestion from Komoot. In Germany, too, there are beautiful corners and hills, almost like in Bergisch. Nice route on a nice clear warm autumn day.

E-book reader packed and looking for a free bank along the Rhine. Only found what I was looking for in Hitdorf. Enjoyed autumn afternoon with a reading lesson.

Had planned the route three months ago. I don't remember why. Today just dug up and left. Except for the Immigrath crossing, it is interesting, beautiful and varied. Got away a little late in the afternoon. That's why there were long shadows at the end 👻.

Great tour, wonderful views on the Voiswinkel, Combüchen, Hebborn route. Lush forest paths from Diepeschrather Wald to the Sensenhammer. However, today a meditative driving and no active eye for external motives switched on. Hence no photos. Have to note the route again for a day with a watchful eye.

After several days of rain, finally - to make up for it - wonderful hiking weather again. The ridge hike from the Fellhorn is a real highlight of the area; competes with me with a beautiful high path in Bryce Canyon (USA) or a high path on Mt. Robson (Canada). Would have liked to have had a warm lunch, but thanks to Corona there were only snacks. Was positively surprisingly tasty and good. Nice hiking day!

With the wish for a rain-free day with good visibility, we went to the Walmendinger Horn (1996ünn) in good time. But life is not a request concert: a little bit of drizzle and clouds, clouds, clouds. The altitude difference was enough to consider the short walk to be sufficient. Why did Komoot calculate a difference of 60 meters between ascent and descent, when we got back to the starting point exactly to the meter ?!
