I have lived most of my life in Denmark, but managed to live almost 4 years in Sweden and 7 years in China. I love road biking (racing) and walking/hiking a lot.

For now I try to stay active up to 7 days a week because of Diabetes that I was diagnosed with in 2024. Walking and biking keeps my bloodsugar very well regulated.

When hiking I usually keep a very good pace and it's hard for me to walk slower 😁
