Nice evening ride against the wind towards the coast. Its been a while, so I am pleased to be back at the north sea.
Tomorrow I will set off to finally close the remaing gap towards Brussels from my trop from Dublin in September 2024.

Short hike from the rifugio and great views as always around Lago Maggiore. Ending the day with a swim in Cannobio in the afternoon.

IT Limidario #1/2 Mergugno to rifugio Al Legn 🇮🇹
Nice to get out after the torrential rain during the morning. A bit excessive to do this short tour in two days but the rifugio Al Legn is very cute with a gorgeous view. The bosco sacro was in full blossom, beautiful.

Short social hike in summer heat to justify an endless and delicious lunch in good company. That is also a way to spend a whole day with great views of Lago Maggiore.

IT Sentiero d'arte #1 - Viggiona e Chieglo 🇮🇹
Nach schwerer Bronchitis noch nicht sportfähig, daher war dieser Kunstspaziergang genau das Richtige. Jedenfalls ein regionaler Höhepunkt zu Ostern für Kunstinteressierte. Ausgestellt wird in verschiedenen Häusern, teilweise bewohnt, und auch im Freien. Mit den anwesenden Künstlern kommt man leicht ins Gespräch. AT Wienerwald Winterspaziergang 🇦🇹
Wintereinbruch über Nacht mit 20cm Neuschnee. Wie zauberhaft der Wienerwald! Sogar Schitourspuren, das ist für die Stadt nun doch sehr selten. Ich war zwar mit meinen eher zarten Stiefletten nicht optimal gekleidet, doch der tiefwinterliche Zauber ist ein wenig feuchte Füsse wert.
