The penultimate annual tour took us today via Brenz, the almost completed gap B 492 to shortly before Hermaringen.
Then we had to tackle a sweaty stretch in the direction of Medlinger Hart, which led us to the Förster-Schmid-Hütte and then a little more moderately to Sachsenhausen. From Sachsenhausen it went past the Haufe horticultural company to Bachhagel and then to the destination, the beer garden in Oberbechingen.
After a leisurely stop-off, we made our way back before it got dark. Via Bachhagel, the Haufe horticultural company and the legendary K lo s t e r s t a t t *, which lies between the Pfanntalhaus and Viehhof, we reached our clubhouse of FC Medlingen. Here we ended today's bike tour.

It is already a tradition that you stop at the Gasthof & Biergarten zum Schlößle-Lindenau at least once a year and enjoy the regional / Swabian and vegetarian cuisine here.
We liked it and we will get the well-intentioned advice
      "Come back to Lindenau"
I'm sure to pick it up again soon.

      Annotation:
Today, for the first time, e-cyclists were in the majority (ratio 5: 4), as some "traditionalists" were unable to attend.

Our tour guide Hermann had set the beer garden at the “Schlössle” inn in Staufen as the destination today.
11 FCM cyclists were at the meeting point and the route led via Brenz to Hermaringen. In Hermaringen, our tour guide played out his local knowledge and led us over winding alleys to the well-known cycle path along the railway line to Giengen-Gerschweiler. Past the “Filze” and the “Ziegler” we went towards Hohenmemmingen. In Hohenmemmingen, the traditional cyclists were asked a few grains on the inner-local, demanding slopes. Even getting off and pushing was sometimes the order of the day. A few hundred meters after the local cemetery, there was another sweaty climb in a north-westerly direction to the somewhat distant stop-off point. After this effort, we enjoyed the drinks and the culinary offerings in the beautiful Schlössle beer garden. We would love to come back.
The way home was via Landshausen, Hohenmemmingen, Giengen, Hermaringen, closing the gap on the B 492 and Brenz to the starting point.
      Particularly noteworthy today:
      - Today touring newcomer Gerald F.
      - The tour recorder lost the group on the way back after a stop at Landshausen and due to the darkness and filmed an additional route. Fortunately, the merger soon took place again via mobile phone contact, even if this lost time.

Today our goal was actually the restaurant at the Schützenhaus in Leipheim. When we reached the outskirts of Günzburg, the looks up became more worried. Menacing rain clouds caused a short-term change of direction and so we headed for the sports restaurant of the SG Reisensburg. We reached this refreshment stop just in time before a strong thunderstorm with heavy rain determined the next 2 hours. We then used these hours for the usual strengthening of the tour. After the weather had calmed down again, we were able to complete the way back to Medlingen without worrying about rain.
