Neuastenberg- Orketal und über den Schlossberg zum Kahlen Asten
Von Neuastenberg über den Kreuzberg in Winterberg auf den Hesbornerweg. Lange Abfahrt hinunter in das Orketal. Die Orke queren und hinauf nach Küstelberg. Über den Dumel und Nordhang dann zurück.

Via Helleplatz to Ziegenhelle. Before Ziegenhelle, we rode about 5km of single trail. This trail can be completely bypassed on forest paths. Then up the Hoppecke Tal to the Hochheide and down to Hildfeld. From here towards Hengstkopf to the Kuhlenberg. Over the north slope past the Kahlen Asten back to the start.
