Mostly gravel/forest/farm track with some tarmac cycle lanes. Great views of the Rhine

Breitenburg loop
Most of it is cycle path or gravel forest road. Apart from 1000m of climb, sometimes 15% gradient, the only challenge is coming down the chair lift side for the top 100m which is broken rocky road at 15-20% gradient, but OK for experienced riders.

Miehlen to Berg Nassau
Mostly forest path or gravel tracks but the middle section is very technical and exposed to a steep drop on one side.
