Today we went on a small but lovely family tour between Annaberg and Frohnau. First we went steeply uphill over the Schreckenberg and then deep into it through the Markus-Röhling tunnel. The guided tour there is highly recommended if you want to learn a bit about the mining history of the Ore Mountains. 😊

Every year again... it comes, the Christmas winter hike in search of snow. As so often, we had to go to the higher regions between Neudorf and Oberwiesenthal. But in the end, the path led to crystalline H2O, a campfire, stick bread and bratwurst. 😊
