Awsome, sunrise from "lost valley", climbing hard the first path, siteseeing view very unusual. Fantastic descent and smart coffee with séniors sitting at the cross road of cascades. We skipped it. Then..... The gravel /Mountain bike track has been very hard as well as slope down to cross the road. The 2000 méters descent down on the main road is outstanding with 50 lacets, and some views on the.. Sea. Very demanding path again.... Step down Last km.. You swallow your dream of sea !! Final step down is OK and let's cry as you discover sea side !!

Gravel track after 4km, in poor suburbs and disgusting areas... Good introduction to désert-like road till barrage. Then alongside the river sand and dirty track. Tiring and hot but worth to visit this désert area. Final road to the path and descent are great.
