Für das Specht-Full-House hat mir am Ende leider der Kleinspecht gefehlt; der war einfach nicht zu finden. Alle anderen waren da: Grün-, Schwartz-, Bunt- und Mittelspecht. Als Highlight des Tages muss aber wohl die Bartmeise als Erstsichtung genannt werden. Den Raubwürger hatte ich zwar auch erstmals, wenn ich mich nicht irre - aber die Bilder sind leider so sensationell schlecht geworden, dass dadurch die Bartmeisensichtung nicht vom Thron gestoßen werden kann. Die Haubenmeise flattert mir leider auch viel zu selten vor die Linse; das macht die einzelnen Aufeinandertreffen nur noch besonderer. Gimpelpärchen und Gänsesäger runden die wilde Sammlung der kleinen Runde schön ab. All das ergab zusammen mit dem neugierigen Eichkater, der mich echt nah ran ließ ohne zu zucken, mal wieder einen tollen Tag im Unteren Odertal. Viel Strecke war es am Ende dann zwar nicht, aber das war ja auch gar nicht das Ziel. Sehen wollte ich was - und davon gab's mehr als ich erhofft hätte.
