A beautiful route around some of the more popular Peak District spots and some really quiet bits too. Views, caves and pretty lanscapes all around. Plenty of pubs / cafes in Castleton too for after your hike!

A beautiful circular starting with a stewp climb to derwent edge, you get views, some cool rocks to climb, a woodland path and get to walk alongside the reservoirs.

There is a visitor centre with a cafe and toilets near the dam if youd rather park there. An easy to follow path, you can even bag a trig

We called at tagg lane dairy for an ice cream before the walk, then drove to magpie mine, walked to Bakewell for fish and chips before looping back through monsal dale.

With possibly the bluest waters in the Peak District, Lathkill Dale will always be one of my favourites... and the swimming spot at Bradford dale is amazing all year round. Mainly riverside walking with one steep stepped climb.
