Amazing trail, but be very very careful: the very first part, the little trail, is dangerous and I don’t suggest anybody on doing it. I recommend to do a longer way to the main road (which is beautiful btw), safer and more enjoyable.

From Sines to Villa Nova de Milfontes
The first part is amazing, great landscapes and the road is perfect (except for a bridge that felt down but you can easily pass thru by walking down the beach). The second part is harder, lots of sandy roads and not very nice views.
