South Coast Shenanigans 🌅
Started super early to catch the sunrise and it was absolutely worth the 5 a.m. alarm. Compared to last weekend, this was a much more comfortable mini adventure, although I swear the seagulls were judging my life choices more than usual!

Seven Sisters Coastal Hike
The first part of this hike is an absolute leg tester! 💀 No wonder they use it as the start of the South Coast Ultra. Once you've conquered the climb and it finally levels out, you're rewarded with some seriously breathtaking views. Totally worth the suffering. I absolutely love this…

Seafront Shenanigans
Started the day early to catch the sunrise which was 100% worth it! For some reason I decided to put on a weighted backpack because clearly I’m mental! Good practice for the September Ultra, that’s my excuse! Got to plan a Seven Sisters adventure soon!

Bewl Water loop
Absolutely love heading over here for the Bewl Water loop. A misty start to the day but great to get this completed before the hoards of screaming children and sometimes adults turn up! Perfect start to a Bank Holiday Monday!

Bewl Water loop
Perfect day to enjoy a hike around Bewl Water. Having spent the last month breaking in the new boots today was the first test on a slightly longer adventure. Feet are still intact so all good 😊
