Another attempt to find a decent West -East route across North Charlotte area . Starts on Clarks Creek Greenway . Some dicey sections in the middle . A bit further and could catch the end of the Long Creek Greenway .

Near 40 mile loop starting at Skybrook that goes by University and Harrisburg. A very rideable route to north end Mallard Creek greenway then down the greenway to University. Leaving the greenway involves avoiding a section of WT Harris by walking along oncomong lane or , i think it may be possible to

Triple Loop starting and ending in Davidson. Loop one (SE) mostly rural. Loop two mostly rural except for last 2 or 3 miles along a busier road back into Davidson. Loop 3 with some very suburban sections and a stretch of Greenway, but I had to walk the section crossing the highway, which was about a 7 minute walk.

Twenty mile total double loop with a chance to rest in Davidson (plenty of places to sit for a bit or get a snack) between loops, or call it quits early. Generally wide , quiet morning roads on first (southern) loop. Halfway through second (northern) loop gets a bit busy with car traffic, but generally

Ten mile (out and back) from Huntersville to just down the road from entrance to Latta Plantation. Easy safe roads with some paved Greenway. Latta side ends down the road from Lata at a high school with seemingly ample weekend parking. Road from there to Lata is short , but narrow and busy. Huntersville
