Donnerstag, 26. Dezember 2024 12uhr55..14uhr Kurze Verwandtenbesuchsrallye zwischen den Jahren, Zwischenstopp auf der Hinfahrt, A9 zwischen Plech und Pegnitz, also für uns ungefähr auf der Hälfte. Dort liegt der Wildpark Hufeisen im Veldensteiner Forst (da waren wir schon ein paar Mal) zusammen mit einem Parkplatz, ordentlichen Toiletten, einem Unterstand mit Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Getränkeautomat. Diesmal waren wir nicht im Wildpark sondern haben uns kurz die Füße vertreten und sind den Schildern zu den Eislöchern gefolgt. Die Eislöcher sind ca. 1 km entfernt, wenn man nach der Straßenquerung (BT 28) direkt wieder links auf den richtigen Pfad abbiegt und nicht wie wir erst einmal auf dem breiten Weg daran vorbeiläuft. Die kurze Spazierung zu den Eislöchern lohnt sich. Sie sind sehenswert und man kann auch in die Löcher oder Höhlen reinlaufen. Aber schön leise sein, denn dort halten 221 Feldermäuse Winterruhe!
