Anello nella Val Rosandra (Bagnoli, rifugio Premuda, cascate, Draga e San Lorenzo
Escursione bella e corta, ottima per una mattinata soleggiata o come prima escursione per chi non ha esperienza (sempre accompagnati da qualcuno di esperto). Ci sono 3 tratti pendenti e un po' più faticosi (1 in salita e 2 in discesa) per cui consiglio calzature adatte (scarponi o scarpe da trekking).

Giro sopra Dolina, cascata Supet e Santuario Madonna in Siaris
Il percorso inizia nel paese, con un tratto turistico (semplice e con cartelli informativi) che segue l'acquedotto romano. Poi il sentiero inizia a salire dentro al Val Rosandra, arrivando alla salita verso la Chiesetta: da quella salita al Cippo Comici il sentiero è più pendente e a tratti esposto (adatto a chi ha un po' di dimestichezza in ambienti tipo ghiaione). Dal Cippo Comici in poi il sentiero si porta dentro il bosco ed è più tranquillo. Attenzione però alla discesa dopo la "Grotta delle "Iscrizioni", piuttosto pendente e con tratti franabili.
