Dal mulino alle Sassane il percorso in un paio di punti è abbastanza tecnico ed è meglio essere prudenti e scendere. Scorci fantastici in una giornata di sole autunnale . Per problemi di stomaco di Gabriele abbiamo deciso scendere a Riola ( invece di Labante Castel d'aiano) e in caso prendere il treno .Il sentiero a scendere molto bello (5.8 km) un po' sporco all'inizio ma bello , unico problema una catena invisibile su un pezzo con il fondo erboso che mi ha bloccato improvvisamente facendomi fare una brutta caduta . ATTENZIONE in quel tratto
