A short afternoon walk out between various tasks of the day. Stayed off the tech, enjoyed my surroundings, picked some blackberries and binned some litter I found on the paths.

Out to check out some new trails I found. Really great route and felt like a strong evening run 🏃🏼♀️ fuelled by an audiobook and the thrill of a new location ✅️

Another new running route in the woods after seeing some paths on Komoot. Also refreshing to not find ANY litter on the trails! Great run and way to spend time outdoors before a 12 hour shift.
