Timings were pretty accurate it turned out. Took x18 out of Newcastle bus station to Red Row and then head for the nature reserve as signed . 5 minutes walk from bus stop to the Notthumberland coastal path. Stayed at the Dock inn in Amble. Very friendly with an excellent breakfast .
