Boucle Tour de l' Axuria
A éviter les jours de chaleur. La montée est rude. Randonnée qui ne passe pas par la crête qui était très (trop) ventre ce jour là.
Joli passage cote sud puis retour par zugarramurdi et le chemin des pottoks pour revenir aux grottes de Sare.

Boucle depuis Estebenea - retour le long de la rivière Infernuko
Balade décevante, ( à intérêt sportif dit mon mari). La montée est raide et après quelques centaines de mètres dans une belle futée sous la crête (km4,1), on redescend pour rejoindre l'infernako erreka (km 5.3). Tunnels de Meazuri - circuit par Pagogaña
Jolie balade en papillon qui permet de descendre dans la foret jusqu'aux tunnels, monter à Erlaitz pour la vue à 360°puis par les cretes de pagonaga où l'on marche sur du "gazon anglais". Tout se fait sur des chemins forestiers à part au niveau du pont (1,5km) sur 100m.

VTT Ibardin par ND de sokorri et rocher de la perdrix
Encore trop de bitume à mon goût (approche sans prendre la voiture) mais très belle montée vers Ibardin et surtout descente très sympa avec une très belle vue sur la Rhune. Nécessite une bonne batterie et de la pratique.

VTT LEs Eyzies Rouffignac
Une belle boucle en randonnée avec pas mal de passages en single dans les bois. Pas mal d'asphalte mais sur des petites routes.
Une difficulté au 13 km avec une montée bien bien raide. La suite vers Rouffignac est tres plaisante et ludique sans aucune difficulté.

VTT ST LEON -VALOJOULX - MONTIGNAC
Randonnée VTT en boucle avec quelques montées solides mais jamais longues.Tour globalement accessible pour qui fait du VTT regulierement.
Les 2 kms auvdepart doivent neanmoins être desormais evités car sentier interdit aux velos (seuls pietons). C'est en effet un peu étroit par endroit pour se croiser.
