Lungosillaro fino a Belvedere
Per poter percorrere il lungosillaro da CSPT fino alla zona Sassoleone/Belvedere consiglio vivamente di accertarsi che nel Sillaro scorra poca acqua per superare i numerosi guadi (io dopo 5 o 6 ho perso il conto) e sia un periodo dell'anno abbastanza asciutto.

Arrampicata fallita!!!!😳
Una cordata avanti a noi, ha perso troppo tempo per il primo tiro e abbiamo optato per un'altra via. Ma non me la sono più sentita di arrampicare e abbiamo scelto di visitare il rifugio Lagazuoi. Marco ha fatto la discesa per il sentiero. Io torno giù con la funivia.

Do not underestimate the single tracks, downhill they are manageable while riding, but on the Onda trail there are many restarts where you need to push the bike. Onda is also a trail with fantastic views of the Ligurian Riviera, as well as on the Sentiero al sole trail (ridge trail).

I trail di Castelvecchio di Rocca Barbena
Bellissimo giro tra alcuni borghi più belli d'Italia, panorami strepitosi, terrazzi costruiti con muri a secco e, per noi bikers trail di tutto rispetto, come Ca du Campu, Il Conte (parte alta), Graffi ed anche l'ultima discesa a Zuccarello non è da sottovalutare

The tour is very challenging! I had to push my bike on some uphill sections to reach the ruins of the Poggio Grande fort. The downhill trails are a bit beyond the limit for a XC bike (in fact, I put my feet down or got off a few times here and there).
With a more suitable bike, you would definitely proceed more smoothly.

The tour features tough climbs (for Mt. La Fine, I walked the bike for some short sections) and the rest is challenging but rideable. The descents are all doable (perhaps pay attention in some sections on the trail from Casoni di Romagna to Lungosillaro).
