Badal Danda was not that far from low camp. However, it is spread from lower Badal Danda to higher Badal Danda. We chose to walk till the middle one. The view would have been nice but it was clouded in the afternoon. In the evening or say night, the sky was open again and you could see nice view of Fishtail

We started this hike around 12:00. This route is used to climb down as it is steep. But it was shorter than any other route for us. We could start high and also would reach low camp via shortest distance possible.

From the upler view point, we had doubts whether to go further or return from there. Peole had different opinion on time required to reach the base camp. We took around an hour. And we were proud to have taken the decision. It was a bit far but not upsteep or so. May be in one place it was a bit upsteep
