A hike along Geologischer Pfad to Hohenrechberg offers beautiful view of the surronding with a burg ruin of a castle for 15th century. Also the road leading to one of the old church has Crosses depicting Jesus ending in gipfekreuz commemorating fallen soldiers from Rechenberg from 1914-1918.

The weather forecast was good. We were optimistic and expected clear sky on top. However, we did not get to see the famous view of Saxer Lücke we expected to see.
We started our hike from Nasseel Parkplatz. Its hidden in the forest and way to Nasseel is not clear. It took us to 817 meter and rest 800

Earlier i wanted to hike up from Lauterbrunen to Wengen/Mönchblick. Later due to time constraints, i took train to Wengen and climbed down to Wengenwald. It was optimal to do the hike in shortest time possible. I enjoyed the view of the valley. I would recommend to take more time and do the whole trek.
From the upler view point, we had doubts whether to go further or return from there. Peole had different opinion on time required to reach the base camp. We took around an hour. And we were proud to have taken the decision. It was a bit far but not upsteep or so. May be in one place it was a bit upsteep
My initial plan was to climb Sonnenspitze(2416m). The video of the climb was a bit scary and not doable alone. So I decided to climb Drachenkopf(2303m). It too did not seem to be some easy climb but i wanted to do at least one peak.
Once we reached Ehrwald Talstation, the path i had planned was blocked
