From Hiltrup, we went north along the lock to the traditional Heidekrug in the Rieselfelder. The forest restaurant has existed since 1906. Much there is old and a bit rickety. That's precisely what makes it charming. We went back via Münster Nord. 3rd world feeling 🙈. We liked the route overall very much.
