Radfahren.

Mein derzeitiges Lieblingstad

The area "Lippeaue between Hamm and Lippstadt with Ahsewiesen" is a designated European bird protection area.

Our almost 50 km long tour traversed this natural wetland in the central area between Uentrop, Welver and Herzfeld on beautiful cycle routes with various observation points.

We traveled by train from Münster to Duisburg. There we initially started in the direction of the Binnenhafen (inland port). The approach was complicated and time-consuming due to several blockages, including of bridges. After crossing the Rhine, we wanted to go up the Rhein Preußen slag heap with the

Today was the traditional May Tour of SUS Olfen. At the same time, it was the opening of the Olfen City Cycling event. After a suitably official welcome on the market square, we set off. We rode in two groups. There were 42 cyclists. Our group was at the front and was led by Theo Sander with wit and

With upcoming trips in mind, we drove to LH again to see our daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. On the way home, we had strong support; on the way back, we had to battle the wind.

The garden in Seppenrade is a little paradise.

With friends from Sendenhorst, we cycled through the rural areas of Büren and Arup up to the Ichterloh picnic spot at the 3 oaks. During the picnic, we had a wonderful view in beautiful weather. A very beautiful, quite terrain-oriented bike ride in the deep Münsterland. We rode in glorious sunshine and with a sometimes strong wind. From about KM 24, the ride was challenging for approx. 1 km because the path was covered with coarse gravel. We once turned back briefly because the terrain was only

Together with Rainer, we looked at a few mining settlements in Gelsenkirchen and Bochum, went up the Röhlinghausen slag heap and on to the Alma-Ring. The slag heap is quite overgrown, but at the summit there was still a small view of GE. On the site of the former Alma coking plant, the Alma-Ring was
