The Tile Town of Boizenburg on the Elbe



The town of Boizenburg is located just 60 km from Hamburg in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. There is a direct train connection from Hamburg to Boizenburg.

Heringsdorf isn't exactly a place that excites me. It's the island's holiday hotspot and therefore very crowded. I also think the high-rise buildings near the promenade don't make a pretty impression.

The starting point was the Neu Pudagla UBB train station. From here, the hike continued through the forest to the forestry office. The forestry office has a beautifully

From Trassenheide (UBB Trassenmoor) to Zinnowitz



My original plan was to go from Trassenheide to Zempin. But there was so much to see in Zinnowitz that I stopped here and took a stroll through the town. :-)



As is typical on Usedom, the path here again led through the forest. The landscape was somewhat

This tour was by far the most beautiful tour I've done on Usedom.

From Kölpinsee to Koserow - Usedom Island



This tour wasn't planned and just happened.



My first day on the island. I wanted to see some of Kölpinsee and, of course, the sea, and a visit to a supermarket was also a must.

I already did this tour in 2024. It was originally planned to go via Heringsdorf to Bansin. Unfortunately, I twisted my ankle on the second day of my vacation, which made the hike difficult. The path from Ahlbeck Border to the beach is very challenging

A tour around Koserow on Usedom



This tour is one of the two day trips I took on the island of Usedom in 2024.



A short tour followed by a shopping tour at Kaufhaus Stolz, Ole Outlet, and Karls Erlebnisdorf. :-)
