As a precaution, I took a break today and headed for the Nachtigall. It was somehow harder today... whatever. From there to the Rote Lache, the high trail continues to the Badner and Herrenwieser Sattel. Let's take the Badner Höh Turm (tower), including the tower view. Back down and to the Sand. Well

The next mountain was up... Rote Lache, heading towards Mahlerstein, but then in reverse and accompanied back to Rote Lache, gladly done. Get well soon.
