great views all along with a great mix of different tracks. mainly high altitude farmland and remote villages.
west side is overall easier and partly paved.
possible connection but very steep and slippery down to ban huai mak nang
east side is mostly rough double track with some parts only used by motorcycle

very scenic ride in a great area. there is 3 trails leading up to doi nong sara. doi tulum is a very scenic mountain top trail with great views as some of the tops are open grassland without trees. took me 2 hours to find the trail entrance. seems like the area is not mapped much. so much to explore here.

Checking out some of the single tracks between Pamiang and Mae Wong on our way back from Mae Kampong.

I have walked the missing section which takes around 40min one way. the entrance for bikes is blocked on the mueng kong side. one section at the end towards ban san pakhia seems impassable. one of the first pictures at the entrance of the trail shows the little dam which should give a good comparison to water levels.

A nice blend of double and single tracks with a few steep, rutted sections, but nothing too challenging. The route wraps up by connecting to the main double track.
