A scenic loop through the beautiful Chilterns canals and Celandine trail with a ride through Dawdling park and a pub lunch before smashing it back through fun woodland trails back to the start in Gerrard's Cross, a station just 20 minutes away from London Marylebone.

Second easier day starting from Ventnor and heading west to Niton and up to Newport via off-road trails and route 23. We head to east Cowes for a lovely pub lunch at the Globe with live music and fresh fish on the menu before heading back south through Newport and off-road towards Sandown. We then head east to the coast with a quick visit to the beacon near Brembridge, reaching Ryde and the ferry via the coastal road. As the ferry ticket is flexible we board the next ferry and save time with a flexible ticket back to London for a well-deserved dinner at home.

A tough day covering major landmarks and off-road trails. We started in Ryde after a quick 20 minutes morning ferry from Portsmouth. We started climbing pretty much in the first 600m and headed towards the middle, with a stop at the garlic farm and pedalers coffee shop. Heading to Newport via route 23, a few diversions and lots of gates before heading west to the chalk Ridgeway and towards the Needles. After a short but steep climb we admired the views and lighthouse in the distance before heading south east towards Ventnor, our destination for the night.
