I’m able to hang on climbs during races this year.. Actually pulled away from my group and passed a few riders on a 2 mile climb. Last year I would get dropped by the group I was with and get passed by a lot of riders behind me.. 🚴♀️

Accomplished my 3rd fitness goal of the year by completing the 50th MCM. I ran with a minor knee strain that resulted from a cycling fall a few weeks earlier.. This caused me to back off my training pace of 10 min/mile to a bit slower.. Started getting some knee pain around mile 17, so I mostly walked and jogged the rest of the way.. Glad to hav the marathon checked off of my bucket list!
