A most excellent tour, which includes many points of interest, and the ocean... Half the route is without cars (on weekends,) through golden gate park and alongside the ocean, then a bus ride 3k up to West Portal = 500 ft of the reported 1000 foot ride ascent! Then explore that lovely neighborhood

This is actually a circular route that Begins on 19th and Castro.. .
Forgot to turn on the app till I reached the De young Museum, But there are some photos, so the route is Obvious, .. straight up Castro/Divisidero, left on hayes, then straight again till you hit the golden gate park entrance

Completed this tour in 3 stages. First day I did not fly back home to Abano Terme ( base. Mornings spent in thermal pools at Terme prehistorico in Montegrotto Terme. ) I did not fly, the phone died , and I still managed to find by backtracking,the Abbey with homemade elixirs and prodicts, teas , fresh

This hike began at the Argentiere train station, and is a loop of about 2.5 miles..... excellent diverse landscape, a meander through town... recommend the best veggie quiche at the tea shop across from town church.. :).... views all beautiful, mild inclines make this a lovely afternoon walk.... last
