Start & Ziel in Kirchrode, durch Teile der Eilenriede in die Südstadt, einmal um den Maschsee über die Leineinsel vorbei am Leinewehr in Döhren Abzweig in die Leinemasch (Laatzen & Wülfel) und auf ins Süd-Expo-Gelände, über die Hügel von Kronsrode und Kronsberg durch die Felder bis Anderten, über die Andertener Schleuse mit einem Mittellandkanal Blitzlicht und dann ab in den Tiergarten und einen finalen Abstecher in den Hermann-Löns-Park.

Auf der Tour wird einem viel unterschiedliches geboten hinsichtlich Aussichten und Untergründe. Sand, Holzstreu, Asphalt, Split, Planken - es ist alles dabei! Viele Tiere haben wir nicht zu sehen bekommen, aber ein paar Highlights waren trotzdem dabei :-) Die Tour ist hinsichtlich der Navigation recht einfach, was wiederum auch der einzige Nachteil ist: Es geht oft und viel geradeaus. Bei starken Windböen gegen den Wind, kann dies schon mal nervig sein - mit Rückenwind ist man natürlich schneller am Ziel :) Als Start- und Endpunkt bietet das Infozentrum am Het Zwin Naturschutzgebiet alle wichtigen Voraussetzungen: Toilette (ohne Eintritt), Verpflegung, Wanderinfos.
