Nice run to end the year with but alas, my Garmin watch seems to be useless. Second run in a row where it runs out of juice - this time it started with over 70% charge! Recreated the route and it was 9.9km! Just short of target of 10km. (See pic)

We took Brutus out to the park today - first real walk in a number of weeks. He seemed to enjoy it but a much slower pace to normal. It also seems that he's not much interested in twigs anymore! Slept like a baby for the rest of the day.
