A great walk which includes the river Lym, Cannington Viaduct and ends with views of the coast from National Trust Ware land. Highly recommanded!

    1. You may have seen this walk on the show, ‘Best Walks with a View with Julia Bradbury’. It is linear, so you need to plan in advance how to get to the start and end points. At 6.2 miles (10 km), this is a great day walk leading you from the village of Symondsbury across Dorset’s gorgeous, undulating landscapes

    1. A lovely walk from the NT Shop on Lyme Regis seafront to Charmouth and back along the Monarch's Way and Liberty Trail. There are many routed back through Lyme Regis, so choose the one that suits you and your tired legs best!

A bracing walk on a warm but cloudy and windy day - perfect. Lots of steps but worth it for the views. I diverted through the town for a well earned coffee and cake and some retail therapy! 👍

    1. Although this is a described as an EASY walk, it does have some stiff climbs with lots of steps. Worth if for the view from Golden Cap though (weather permitting). If you are looking for an easier route, then reverse this walk and go via Upcot and Filcombe Farm and come back the same way.
