Sehr schöne Tour mit schönen Waldtrails.
Bin überwiegend gerannt diesmal um zu wissen ob ich einen Marathon im Wettkampf bewegen könnte. Aufgrund der Höhenmeter und Trailrunning durch Matsch und Waldboden, sowie dem 6 bis 8kg Rucksack in TOP.
Ja ich kann. Ich hatte auch noch Power für den Ultramarathon. Aber…
