Tratto di riscaldamento da Pomaretto a Ghiotti dove, seguendo le indicazioni per Peyrone, si comincia a salire in maniera decisa fino a Crota d'Plenc. Una decina di metri prima del capanno (Pro Loco di Bovine) si prende il sentiero a dx in direzione Faure. Sentiero molto bello, con qualche passaggio "frizzantino" (occhio al km 11.8, dove troviamo un ripido doppio tornante su roccia, con uscita molto esposta, che noi abbiamo fatto bici alla mano). Giunti a Faure si sale sulla sterrata a sx in direzione Punta Ceresa. Per il ritorno, dopo un primo breve tratto decisamente ripido, si segue la traccia che tagliando più volte la strada asfaltata, ci porterà al parcheggio percorrendo quasi esclusivamente sentieri. P.S. - Il sentiero di "EIMAR" lo abbiamo evitato perchè era in pessime condizioni di manutenzione.
