Eine neue Sichtweise und Testlauf: mal starten ganz ohne Bilder, Ablenkung oder ähnlichem. Nur die Komootuhr, die Natur und ich. Und natürlich die Verpflegung. Ohne Essen und Trinken geht gar nix bei mir. Die schönen Pfade erlaufen, ab und an die Aussichten genießen und mit mir selbst sehr nette Gespräche führen. Das entschleunigt total. Fast wie früher.
