Alles begon met wandelen ( korte en langere trips )

Daarna kwamen keuzes : de trails op met de mountainbike, of iets meer snelheid op het asfalt met de racefiets en op luie dagen met de E-bike erop uit 🙂
​De test van pure kracht vindt plaats op de Wilhelminaberg in Landgraaf; daar staan de slopende trappen (508 treden) lopen op z'n tijd op het programma.
Ook is wandelen met X-vest van 10kg om de conditie te maximaliseren een uitdaging.
​Herstel en souplesse komen uit het banen zwemmen.
Maar de fundering ligt bij fitness/cardio en krachtsport
(4a5x per week) waar elke training draait om progressie
