I make things, these days it seems to be art for artists, but I'm not an artist. Spent some time podcasting back in the day and still love audio but rarely do much now. I've been commuting since I was 12, which means in 2022 it will be 50 years. Never been a cycling affecionardo but recently got a very nice flat bar road bike for commuting which lead to a road bike and I love nothing more than getting out on the week-ends to ride several hours additional to my regular 180km weeky commute. I'm old but fit, strong and healthy and it's all because of this.

It was a good idea to get a dawn start and climb the hills first while cool and fresh. Some beautiful country and the Ferny Grove rail trail was a paved Bush pathway treat 👌The return was flat but with a strong head wind and 32° l left me looking forward to the end.
