    Signalberg im Nebel

    Trailhead was the Hiking Parking lot at Altenschneeberg. If you want to find the Signalberg Gipfelkreuz, you got to know the sign at the cutoff is missing. Yet the cutoff is easy to find since it is at about the summit of the hike. 😊 And please mind the path taken on the way back is not marked either. It cuts off at the only shack on the trail … A good hike at any time of day and year if you do not want to see other people …

    Green Mountain - Dinosaur Ridge - Morrison - Bear Creek

    If the sun is shining let it shine but bring a hat and plenty of water. Don’t expect to see many people- at least on a weekday. Finish the hike with a cold beer at the (public) Fox Hollow Golf Course. Walk ins are welcome - that was my impression.

      Please mind this trail includes a shortcut from Red Rocks Trailhead at Hogback Road to Morrison. The better trail is to follow that trail through Red Rocks Park though.
