Went on secret paths to the Hochrautalm with a friend. Required sure-footedness. At the top there was great food and the way back led past a small lake. Went a bit further on the upper part of the taistner Sagenweg. It was a successful day 🍀

A beautiful hike, quite warm today. The ascent to Alberstein only had about 550 meters of altitude difference, but it went steadily upwards. The descent to Putzalm also led steeply downwards on narrow paths. But there was delicious food there and Sepp treated us to a Zirbenschnaps.

From Niederdorf to Aufkirchen to the pilgrimage church, hiked the contemplation trail to St. Peter am Kofel. It was the first tour with some altitude gain for acclimatization. The weather was just right.
