Morning ride for a couple of hours from Abbey Village up to Jubilee Tower following a route from South Pennines MTB guide.
Disappointed that the tower was covered in scaffold!

Riding at Gisburn Forest on ‘The 8’ trail. Completed Rocky Road, Home Baked, Log Ride, Sheep Hill Boardwalk, Bottoms and Swoopy sections of single track.

Riding part of the Big 8 at Gisburn. From the Forest Hub rode the complete lower loop then did the log ride on the way up to Hesbert Hall Fm.
Completed Boardwalk, Simon’s Swamp and Whelp Stone Crag, then short cutted back down forest roads to Hope Line.
One descent of Hope Line with one crash then back

A bit of a chilly breezy day although sheltered in the trees.
Did half of 'The 8' but some sections closed due to tree fall.
