Going well until a really horrible noise came of the front wheel, wife called for rescue

The Marsh- when it’s not windy it’s still windy
Headed into wind all the way round(?) dodged golfers crossing the road then rode the busiest cycle path in the country, felt like I was on the Truman show!!!!

Redone my first 50
Good ride, really hot (again) horrible head wind on the last 8 miles, really felt it tonight, knocked off a good amount of time from first time I did this route

Rye Pett level Fairlight Ore Rye home
Great ride, strong wind in open areas, first ride using Styrkr gels and electrolytes. Battery hill was a beast (13.1%) lovely ride back great rolling hills
