Today we visited the historic quarry 🪨✨ — this is exactly where the sandstone for the construction of Dresden's Frauenkirche was once mined ⛪️. Fascinating to see how entire rock faces were once removed using gunpowder and a lot of manual labor 💥. After the hike, we rounded off the day in Schmilka
