A rude climb (probably could have gone around) out of Houghton back onto the South Downs Way. A few little climbs and then dropping down into Shoreham-By-Sea for lunch. Hopping onto the South Downs Link all the way back to Guildford which was flat and fast. Another mostly off road day - great weekender ride with sore legs to take home

I found this loop for another collection. First 55k mostly forest trails, followed by 40k of the awesome South Downs Way. Tough on the legs but great to be mostly off road all day. Little to no mud considering all the wet weather recently! A few pints and supper at The Bridge, and overnight at the Bunkhouse in Houghton
