The path above the Grünwalder Bridge was nonsense. I came out in the middle of the climb. Better to cross the bridge below and then a trail goes off to the right.

The way there was great. I cannot recommend the way back. The path that can be found here on Komoot as the Oberhomberg Trail is practically non-existent and almost impossible to walk. So either go back the same way or go a few kilometers further and return via the Rotachtal.
