Hauptsache raus 🌄 .... Hi ich bin Angelika und in der Natur bin ich am glücklichsten, frei und ungebunden, egal ob meine Füße mich nur "um die Ecke" oder in die Ferne tragen und diese Füße befinden sich so oft es geht auf Happy Trails und manchmal auch beim Viking Hiking (oder in meinem Naturgarten) und wenn möglich abseits der Touristenpfade, neues entdecken und dies mit allen Sinnen erwandern !! Auch jenseits der 50 kann man noch per pedes die Welt umrunden :-) ! Für mich ist wandern auch philosophisch -- ein zu SICH gehen -- die Seele baumeln zu lassen ! Schon Aristotles konnte im gehen besser denken, zu SICH gehen und Ruhe finden .. dies funktioniert 2700 Jahre danach noch genauso gut 😊 ..
