Amble from Dunston
A short walk organised by the Lincoln group of the Ramblers Association. The route passes through Dunston. The church has the tomb of Viscount Goderich, the third shortest serving Prime Minister. At 144 days it is still three times longer than Liz Truss!

Sudbrooke, Reconnaissance II
A walk through little Texas. Pevsner describes Sudbrooke as an American style garden suburb, The route passes two oil fields with their "nodding donkey" pumps. We even saw a cowboy, someone on horseback wearing chaps and guiding cattle. Yee-ha!
